2.3. Refund Policy: Refunds are only applicable if the service is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Partial refunds may apply in case of unsatisfactory service, subject to management discretion.

3.1. Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure access to the premises and provide necessary information for effective service delivery.
